The Custom Order Process
1. NDA & Design Review: Your IP is strictly protected. Submit your STEP/IGES files for a confidential Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review.
2. Prototyping (Short Run): We machine an initial small batch (e.g., 5-20 pieces) so you can test tolerances, action, and aesthetics.
3. Revisions & Finishing: We fine-tune the G-code and apply your chosen surface treatments.
4. Production: Scalable manufacturing to meet your drop schedules, from 50 pieces to 5,000+.
