1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Please contact our support team at contact@keytitan.shop with your order number to initiate a return.

2. Lifetime Quality Guarantee

Every KeyTitan Grade 5 titanium product is precision-machined to withstand daily use. If your product experiences any defect in materials or craftsmanship under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) within 3–5 business days.
