Your Vision, Precision Machined in Titanium
Sometimes your project doesn't fit into a standard category. At KeyTitan, our core expertise lies in custom CNC titanium manufacturing. Whether you need a complex aerospace bracket, a bespoke automotive part, or a unique consumer product, we have the engineering capabilities to bring your CAD drawings to reality.
Comprehensive CNC Capabilities
- 5-Axis CNC Milling: For complex geometries, undercuts, and 3D surface profiling.
- CNC Turning (Lathe): Precision cylindrical components, custom threading, and fasteners.
- Wire EDM: For ultra-precise cuts, tight internal radii, and intricate splines that milling cannot achieve.
- Stamping & Forming: High-volume sheet titanium processing.
Materials We Work With
While our specialty is Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) and Grade 2 (CP), our machining centers are fully equipped to process other high-performance alloys including Stainless Steel (304/316L), Aluminum (7075/6061), and Brass upon request.
The OEM / ODM Process
1. Design Review & NDA: We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and review your STEP/IGES files for manufacturability (DFM).
2. Prototyping: We machine an initial short-run (1-50 pieces) for your physical testing and approval.
3. Surface Finishing: Applying your required finish (Polishing, Sandblasting, Anodizing, PVD, Laser Etching).
4. Mass Production: Scaling up to your required volume (100 to 50,000+ units) with strict quality control.
FAQ
What file formats do you accept for quotes?
We prefer 3D STEP or IGES files, accompanied by a 2D PDF drawing calling out critical tolerances and thread specifications.
How long does prototyping usually take?
Depending on the complexity, prototypes typically take 10 to 15 business days from the approval of the technical drawings.
